Construction is finally under way on Aqua, the 10 acre development at Wiggins Pass in north Naples. The crews will soon be starting on the sea wall and on adding 29 slips that will hold boats up to 55 feet long. The slips will sell between $175,000 and $395,000 depending on boat size and location of the slip.
When completed the Aqua development will have two 10 story towers, 80 condo units, theater, spa and fitness center. The condos range from $2 million to $7 million and about 50% have already been sold including 5 penthouses. The first tower is scheduled to be finished in 18 months and the other tower 6-12 months later.
