Pelican Bay, one of Naples premier neighborhoods is having a good year in home sales. With closed sales for single family homes currently at 27 properties and active for sale properties currently at 30 for single family homes, we’re definitely seeing an upward tick. Of course, with Pelican Bay being such a highly regarded, amenity-rich, centrally located community, it comes as no surprise to anyone familiar with Naples that Pelican Bay has shown a quick route to recovery from the soft market we had experienced the last three years.
