Coconut Point Mall - Area’s newest Mega Mall - Serves Naples to Fort Myers
Coconut Point Mall is the latest entry into the mega mall experience to reach the Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers area. The mall is located along a ½ mile stretch of U.S. 41 near The Brooks development. It is being marketed as an open-air mall with a turtle pond, butterfly and hummingbird gardens. You will also have such amenities as free wireless internet stations, a soundstage for live musical performances and a children’s play area that includes a dragon cave.
A major addition to the area, Coconut Point Mall will house more that 140 stores and restaurants and include 1.2 million sq ft of space.
Some of the major anchor stores to be included will be Dillard’s, a Barnes and Noble bookstore and a 16-theater Muvico movie complex. You will also find Brighton Collectibles, Cache, Chicos, Guess, Best Buy, Old Navy, Ross, T.J. Maxx and World Market just to name a few.
The unique design of the Mall includes a lakefront retail and dining area that will have a Brazilian hardwood boardwalk circling the lake with Bice Grand Café, California Pizza Kitchen, Shane’s Rib Shack and the famous Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
When the 500 acre project is completed it will also have office space available, a new hotel and approximately 290 Mediterranean-style condominiums.
