December sales report for Naples

The December sales figures are out for the Naples area.
- Total residential units sold were 285.
- Condo sales for December were 136.
- Single family homes totaled 149 with a breakdown of 28 with 2 bedrooms or less, 79 where 3 bedrooms and 42 were 4 bedrooms or more.
- The majority of the sales, 170, were on the market more than 121 days.
- Financing breakdown was 133 cash and 146 conventional and 7 other types of financing to include 2 owner financing.
We now have approximately 10,985 residential listings on the books.
