Checking out the home sales in Naples for the first 7 days of October, I found out the following:
- Total number of residential properties sold was 55 at an average price of $663,123.
- The number of single family homes sold was 27. There 5 sold that were 2 bedrooms or less, 13 that were 3 bedrooms and 9 homes that were 4 bedrooms or more.
- The number of condos sold were 28 with an average sale price of $735,657 which included 5 over a million dollars.
- 21 out of the 55 sales were cash, 31 were conventional loads and the rest were a mixture of FHA and owener financing.
