From personal experience, Hospice of Naples is one of the great organizations in the Naples area. They helped us tremendously with my father and our family will always be indebted to them for their kind and comforting service.
Hospice care relieves the physical, emotional and spiritual suffering of those living with a terminal illness. It focuses on comfort, not cure. It is based on a deep respect for each person’s right to make his or her own decisions about care. Hospice helps people complete their lives with dignity by honoring death as a natural process to be met with acceptance, not pain or fear.
It is important to know that Hospice is not a building, but a service program. They will come to your home, apartment, nursing home or similiar place that you call home.
