Ed McMahon may lose his home to foreclosure

This whole foreclosure business is really getting out of hand. This country’s beloved Master of Ceremonies, Ed McMahon, is in negotiations with Countrywide Financial Corp. to save his home from foreclosure. And McMahon is just one of several prominent people to hit the news recently with similiar problems. U.S. Representative Laura Richardson, a California Democrat, recently lost a home in Sacramento to a foreclosure.
McMahon’s home has been on the market for about two years and the Christie’s website has the asking price at $5.75 million.
