Naples and Ft. Myers is a great place to open a business
I came across an article in the News-Press where Randal Mercer wrote that the National Policy Research Council and Expansion Management magazine (wow, what a title) has ranked Fort Myers-Cape Coral as the “top mid-sized metro” area in the nation for companies to grow and prosper. Naples was ranked third nationally for small-sized metro areas.
The council is a non-partisan think tank dedicated to serving state and local policy-makers and determined their rankings on a study of their database of 19 million companies.
This area has a lot to offer businesses and continued growth. The newly completed Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, a growing workforce, great universities, an active commercial real estate market and attractive weather year round.
