- The total number of reported sales for the first half of the month is 201.
- Out of those 201, there were 112 condos and 89 single family homes.
- The majority of the condo sales were between $200,000 and $500,000.
- 113 properties were on the market for 4 months or longer.
- Financing stats showed that out of the 201 sales, 111, or 55% were cash deals.
