Naples home sales report for February 2008

Well, looking at the final home sales report for February here in Naples, we see the following:

Total residential sales numbered 283. Down from 319 last month.
The number of condos sold were 145.
Single family homes came in at 138.
The single family homes broke down as 27 solds of 2 bedrooms or less, 65 were 3 bedrooms and 46 were 4 bedrooms or more.
85 single family and 84 condos were on the market for 121 days or more.
Financing stats showed that 62 single family and 92 condos were bought with cash while conventional financing applied to 69 single family and 47 condos.
Update on total residential listings as of today: Approximately 12,038, which is up from 11756 at this time last month. This is understandable since more sellers put their properties back on the market during the “selling season”.
