Naples home sales for January 1-15, 2008

I pulled some statistics from the recent residential property sales in Naples for the first two weeks of January:

A total of 119 homes and condos were closed in the first two weeks.
Condo sales amounted to 61. Total single family homes were 58.
Of the 58 single family homes that sold, 8 were 2 bedrooms or less, 35 were 3 bedrooms and 15 were 4 bedrooms or more.
Of the condo sales, 36 were in the $300-600K range and 16 in the $1-2 million range.
Of the total 119 sold, 62 were on the market for more that 121 days.
Financing figures showed 49 conventional loans, 65 cash deals and 5 other types.
