Naples January 2008 Home Sales Report

Here are the final statistics for residential home sales in Naples, Florida for the month of January 2008.
- Total residential homes and condos sold were 288.
- The number of condos sold were 147.
- The number of single family homes sold were 141.
- Single family home sales broke down as follows: 18 were 2 bedroom or less, 86 were 3 bedrooms and 37 were 4 bedrooms or more.
- The price point for most of the condo sales were $200,000 to $600,000.
- Out of the 288 total sales number, 162 were on the market for 121 days or longer.
- For financing, 129 were with conventional financing and 146, or around 50%Â were considered cash buyers with no financing.
Total sales were down from 336 in December. As of today, there are 11,756 active residential listings in the Naples MLS.
