Year End Report for Naples Real Estate Market 2006

The following are the year end statistics for the Naples real estate market for 2006. There were 39 (1%) of the sales less than $100,000. There were 590 (11%) sales between $100,000 and $250,000. Next, there were 2518 (48%) sales between $250,000 and $500,000. There were 1261 (24%) sales between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Finally, there were 862 (16%) sales over a $1,000,000. In total there were 5267 sales with the average price $712,412. At the end of the year, there were 7026 single family homes on the market and 7176 condos on the market. These are numbers from the Naples MLS and do not include “for sale by owner” or other transactions that may be difficult to track.
