Naples real estate report for the first half of March

Trend reverses in November of 2007
Well, as you can see in the chart above, sales are definitely picking up here in the Naples real estate market. The first half of March from the 1st to the 15th looks like this:
- Total residential sales were 159.
- The breakdown is 85 condos and 74 single family homes.
- The single family homes stats showed 12 sales in the 2 bedroom or less, 41 sales of 3 bedrooms and 21 sales for the 4 bedroom or more.
- For the single family sales price, 13 sales took place in the $1 million to $2 million dollar range.
- Out of the 85 condo sales, 33 sales took place between $160,000 and $300,000.
- Financing stats showed that 82 properties, or 51%, were cash.
- Days on the market showed that 99 properties were on the market for 121 days or more.
