Naples home sales report for the first half of February

Here is the bi-monthy update for recent home sales in Naples from February 1st to the 15th.
- There were a total of 80 residential properties sold in the first two weeks of this month.
- Of those 80 units, 43 were condos and 37 were single family homes.
- The single family home sales broke down as follows: 11 were 2 bedroom or less, 12 were 3 bedrooms and 14 were 4 bedrooms or more.
- The highest concentration of condo sales were in the $300K to $400k range which made up 25% of the sales.
- 45 properties or a little over 50% were on the market for more that 121 days.
- Financing stats showed that 48 properties were bought with cash and 28 went through conventional financing.
As of today, the local MLS shows 11,923 residential properties listed.
