Naples is very big on the arts and entertainment scene. Here is some highlights of what’s coming soon to the area.
- The Jade N. Riedell 37th Annual Scholarship Competition exhibit will be at the von Liebig Art Center from April 12-27. This is a scholarship program designed to encourage young artists to persue their dreams.
- Photographs from Clyde Butcher will be on display all month at the Gallery at Rookery Bay.
- The Collier County Museum will host Golf Swings!, an insight into the history of the sport, as well as 100 rare artifacts from the PGA. Through April 19th.
- Pablo Picasso: Preoccupations and Passions will will be on display the the Naples Museum of Art until May 18th.
- Freda Payne pays tribute to Ella Fitzgerald on April 11th and 12th at the Naples Philharmonic.
- For a freeby…check out the Promenade at Bonita Bay from 1-4 on the last Sunday of every month for live jazz music.
- The great violin virtuoso, Itzhak Perlman, performs at the Phil on April 6th.
