Port Royal home sells for $12,000,000 in Naples
For those who think that the market is hurting, check out this recent closed sale in the Port Royal section of Naples, Florida. This 5 bedroom plus den home, with over 5500 sq ft, was listed for $12,900,000 and just recently closed for an even $12,000,000. Sure they dropped their price by $900,000, but they bought the property for $9,950,000 in March of 2004. The home was orginally built in 1993 and renovated in 2006. I would say that was a pretty good return in a down market. Naples still rocks!
