Sales Report for the first two weeks of November in Naples

Here is an update of the residential sales reports for the first part of November from the 1st to the 15th.
- Total residential units sold were 112.
- Total condos sold were 50.
- Total single family homes sold were 62.
- The most active price range for condos were in the $200,000 to $249,000 range where there were 12 sold.
- The average condo sale was $369,318.
- Out of 62 single family homes sold, 10 were 2 bedrooms or less, 33 were 3 bedrooms and 19 were 4 bedrooms or more.
- Financing figures showed that 53 out of the 112, or 47%, were cash transactions.
Once again Downing-Frye Realty showed an increase in transactions from the previous month. Inventory still sits around the 11,000 mark for active residential properties in the Naples MLS.
