The Strada at Mercato comes to Naples
We just recently put up some great information on our website regarding The Strada at Mercato. This looks to be a fantastic development project for Naples that is underway by the Lutgert Companies and The Barron Collier Companies. This upscale community will be a mix of residential, retail and commerical office space in a small town type atmosphere.
Located on the Northeast corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and US 41, the project is now in the pre-construction phase with prices ranging from 500K to over 1 million. The 92 condominiums will be built with 10 different floor plans from 985 - 2400 SF. Included will be 350,000 SF of upscale restaurants and retail shops on the “main street” including Whole Foods Market.
Completion of the project is scheduled for sometime in the fall of 2008. It will be a welcomed community in North Naples.
