Swingtime, a Pro-Celebrity Pro-Am Tennis and Golf Tournament will be held here in Naples on November 18 and 19 for the eighth time and benefit the Tim and Tom Gullikson Foundation. The tennis will be held at the Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort and the golf pro-am will be held at Olde Cypress on Immokalee Road. Among the 30 celebrities scheduled to appear are Chris Evert, Mardy Fish, Taylor Dent, Todd Martin, Gigi Fernandez and Wendy Trumbull. Jennifer Capriati is scheduled to appear at the event’s “An Evening with the Stars” Gala at the Naples Grande Resort & Club. The Foundation’s mission is to assist brain-tumor patients and their familes in managing the social, emotional and physical challenges of the illness.
