von Liebig Art Center – December

The December schedule for the von Liebig Art Center has been released. 

Continuing from November 18 to January 7 – 45th Founders Juried Awards Exhibition 
December 2 (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) – Art in the Park. Naples’ oldest outdoor art festival celebrates its 50th anniversary season by showcasing artwork from Naples Art Association members. December’s Featured Artist is Teri Clemente. Held in Cambier Park and on Park St., alongside The von Liebig Art Center. Free admission.
December 6 (6 – 8:30 p.m.) – Holiday Floral Design. Join Rebecca Moss, assistant floral manager at The Naples Grande Resort and Club, to learn how to make beautiful decorations for the holidays. Students will learn how to arrange vases, flowers and greenery. Special attention will be paid to wreaths, centerpieces, garland and topiaries. Fee is $35 for NAA members/$40 for non-members plus a $40 materials fee for all.
December 11 (12 –2 p.m.) – Lunch With the Arts. Professional travel educator Jeanne Oelerich will play off of “Roman Holiday” and talk about the treats and treasures of Rome. Lunch sponsored and provided by Vergina’s. Admission is free for Naples Art Association members and customers of series sponsor Comerica Wealth and Institutional Management (and Comerica Bank, who show proof of relationship), and $5 for others. Lunch is served on a first-come, first-served basis, while everyone is invited to stay for the lectures.
